Easy Lunch Whole 30

Left over rotisserie chicken, sauce-1/2 can of coconut milk, a few banana peppers, can of hatch green chiles with 1/2 juice of lime- some fresh parsley and some of my homemade bone broth. Blend until smooth. Very good! Poured sauce over chopped chicken and heated in oven for 20 minutes. Voila-      

Today’s Lunch

Very easy, except I made my own mayonnaise, which took a while but was so worth it. I started with canned chicken, added curry spice, homemade mayo, then on the side romaine lettuce, sprouts, hard boiled egg, avocado , Super Simple Raw sprouted seeds, a few cranberries and some sunflower seeds.  This should keep us…
