Curry Chicken Salad Wrap

Very easy, except I made my own mayonnaise, which took a while but was so worth it. I started with canned chicken, added curry spice, homemade mayo, then on the side romaine lettuce, sprouts, hard boiled egg, avocado , Super Simple Raw sprouted seeds, a few cranberries and some sunflower seeds.  This should keep us satisfied until dinner 😉 and it’s completely- sugar, dairy, gluten, soy and legume free!

Recipe – Curry Chicken Salad

  • 2 cans of organic chicken breasts
  • Homemade Mayo from Whole30 recipe
  • Handful of currants
  • 1 TB of Curry Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

My husband said it was really good!
