Yoda Smoothie

A Yoda Smoothie for my hubby. 1  cup of organic frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen pineapple 3 cups of organic super greens 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 whole tangerine Mix well in Vitamix blender

Easy Lunch Whole 30

Left over rotisserie chicken, sauce-1/2 can of coconut milk, a few banana peppers, can of hatch green chiles with 1/2 juice of lime- some fresh parsley and some of my homemade bone broth. Blend until smooth. Very good! Poured sauce over chopped chicken and heated in oven for 20 minutes. Voila-
